    From the AdSense TOA:

    Incentives
Web pages may not include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the ads or to visit the advertisers' sites as well as drawing any undue attention to the ads. For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click here," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language that could apply to any ad, regardless of content. These activities are strictly prohibited in order to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. In addition, publishers may not bring unnatural attention to sites displaying ads or referral buttons through unsolicited mass emails or unwanted advertisements on third-party websites. Publishers are also not permitted to use deceptive or unnatural means to draw attention to or incite clicks on referral buttons.

other than maybe being one line toooo close to the Source link i see nothing wrong with this... He has a valid link that he is asking people to click, not the ads... If someone can't control their mouse or eyes that well I feel it's a justified click...

not to say this is legal, but the "Source" link actually is below, so he really is providing the link, he just put the ad in between. I am not so sure on this one

He makes it out to be as though the google ads are the source...Google will make the final decision I guess.....Reagardless... what he is doing is wrong and he is costing alot of honest people money because of his greed.

Google will let him slide on this. He's basically doing what they say -- try to blend his ad into his content as much as possible. So while I think it's a grey area, and he may be more than a little unethical (he's basically tricking people to click the ads), I doubt if Google will drop him. Looks good (though as I said, somewhat unethical) to me.

Maybe on this one but what about the :"Related Resources :
": above a google ad unit further below. This one might not pass if they see it.

    Uh, no.

He's got an ad between his content. There's nothing wrong with that. He says "click the source link below," then there are some ads, and then there's a link that says "source." How the hell are you perceiving this as a violation of the TOS?

Whats even more bizarre is that you completely miss what IS a violation: the google ads at the very bottom of the page under the bolded title "Related Resources:"

I think you need to peruse the AdSense terms again.

I agree, the source link is fine but not "Related Resources:". Let google be the judge.

Looks like Google let him slide on both accounts....He has rearranged his ads and changed the one that said Related Resources to Advertisement.
