Today I Got an email from paypal

That Fxcker replied to my claim and said the item was shipped

Tracking Company : net

Guys ,.,.. I wont get my money if it is digital goods or what :???

Just reason out in there. You will get your money once it escalated as claim.

Yea I don't think you will be seeing the money again - PayPal won't refund on intangible products. Move on - it happens to everyone in the internet business and it's the only thing you can do with PayPal.

Yes, just think of it as an expensive lesson!

I just got scammed out of $330, and because I escalated the issue as a digital product, I got the same automatic message you did.

Someone else on this forum gave me good advice - if you want to escalate a purchase with Paypal, say it was a physical item - like an ipod - even if it wasn't, and that it was never delivered.

It's very hard for a seller to fight against that.
