Wow your lucky you caught that one! If I were you I would probably contact my lawyer. Have you tried calling the number on the whois search yet?

Yes I have already left a polite message and PM'ed a note to the Mod in that forum.

Also Paypal have a nice email sent to them as well.

I cant believe how brazen these people are and I am sure the DP forums won't permit stolen goods to be sold here once they are aware of it.

I am finding a few each day at the moment because I have serial numbered the ebook.

    It really is amazing.

This is the third one this week with full Whois etc...

They might as well just walk into my laywers office and pay him upfront and save the inevitable

Nevermind the obvious.... is that your product? You should be a bit more clear, keep your head on straight about it(yeah, I know its hard, but it goes along way to helping your own cred.) and then turn the screws to him.

Well, to really ruin that member, start blogging and posting on forums about what he did so people won't buy from him or question where he got the product from. Perhaps he'll learn his lesson from that.

If no one including the thread creator here has reported the thread to a moderator yet, then the thread will never be locked.
