When I first saw him on a webmaster forum, he kind of misleading me and people to sign up and post on his forum.

Look at his forum stats, this is a total new forum but has ton of active members and ton of posts everyday.

He register himself as members, all of them are one person and start copy and paste from other forums.
He can do this easy by open many pages in one window task (firefox), many pages in many window task (IE, ...). Or create a fake stat.

Copyscape does not seem to detect duplicate contents on his site and doesn't not give us the best results.
But if you spend 5-10 minutes searching Google, you will find tons of duplicate contents on his site that are not copywrited. I can't believe it.

Here is an example of what I found:
    http://millionwebmasters.com/affili...could-you-expect-make-small-online-store.html
    That is from Answers.Yahoo.com:
    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071213112919AAClPbh
(I found alot more than that, that is why I'm here)

It's just not fair at all. You can't copy people's works.
I spent every 10 cent/post to hire posters to post on my forum and do post exchange with other webmaster forums. This guy just copy/paste.

You guys see if we should report him or not. and How are we going to do it?

He will receive only posts with no actual members, you can create a community. That is the difference

I don't think so. This will trick new members to sign up thinking it is an active forum.
I see nothing wrong with that unless you are trying to sell the site.

I think Yahoo should give full copywrite to the writers, not Yahoo. Posts should not move somewhere else or use by other webmasters but only Yahoo.
Do you want to see your posts on other webmaster forums and you didn't post them there?

Hopefully any real visitors will notice that all the posts are from "1-post wonders" and question how such an active forum has no users with over 5+ posts.
