This good G indexing?

    This month so far:


    Googlebot HITS:234606 BandWidth:2.97 GB

    Site is a few years old, but made some mod_rewrite changes to make it more SE friendly a few weeks back.

    This normal, or should I see a decline over time?

    I am up to 1.9 Gb this month...it seems to do this every couple months

    Yeah, sounds about normal for the ups and downs of G.

    Are you using the the G sitemap protocol? Just thought I would ask as it might draw even more attention (if that is what you are after). :)

    I'm up to 35GB/month average with G! Bot. Last month one of my major dynamic sites got an exceptional 56GB a month from google. :D

    It seems google is doubling indexing on old websites and keeping "new" websites oh hold. MSNbot is doing the exact contrary as far as i've observed:)
