This Gogle Search Ad Placement Makes no Sense, How is it Doing so Well??

I, like many on here am frustrated with Adwords for search, I try to make keyword rich original content only to have Google never approve my ads for search, yet an ad like this shows up in the Google search results:

    1) Search for "outsourcing" on Google.
    2) Look for the ad for "oDesk.com", should be something like: "Outsource to Experts
Hire Rockstar Coders & Designers at
    $10-50/hr. Interview for Free.
    www.oDesk.com"
    3) On the landing page, the term "outsourcing" does not appear one time. What is the deal with this?

Do you think that the ad is being graded as "poor" and oDesk.com is just paying the higher fees or has Google for some reason approved this ad despite the fact that the landing page doesn't even mention the keyword?

I would appreciate any input on this, I think this is a good example about this sort of thing since it seems to go against traditional adwords perceptions, I know this company (oDesk) does a lot of advertising with Google so this is really confusing to me, have they just struck some sort of deal to get favorable treatment?

You do not need to have the keyword show up once to get a great quality score. Its about the messaging in the ad and what is offered on the website.

You guys are wasting your time with keyword density. It makes no difference. I make pages all the time with barely any text all the time and I get great quality score. Reason is because messaging is clear. Google cares more about the offer and promotion then keyword density.

Ok, thanks for the input well I figured out there was some other issue with my adwords account after I closed my old account and opened a new one so thats why I was freaking out because no matter what they would never approve my quality score (always rating it as poor) but now I have opened a new account and the same landing page was approved.

It will get unapproved in a few days. It just takes a little time for them to catch on

    @ Robert Priolo

You have got an interseting point there, but there is something which is not clear for me. How can Google judge the QS of a page is great if there isn't any related keyword on it? How can they see that you are offering what you are saying in your advertisement without the keywords included on your website?

    I don't understand.

    The pages/ads/etc are reviewed/analysed manually?
