    Look at the site's source code and search for follow in the coding. If it says nofollow next to the links on the web page then you have your answer.

    I think promojunkie and netbuilders are do follow forums , you can add SEO Quake for your firefox to check if its do follow or no follow.

    OffWalk is dofollow.
    NetBuilders is dofollow.
    DP is dofollow.

    Just download SearchStatus for Firefox and mark 'highlight nofollow links' :)

    If you cannot tell the difference between a do follow and nofollow forum or blog without using a plugin then you're probably wasting your time worrying about it. If you don't know enough about HTML to be able to manually view the web page's source and tell if the sig links are follow or not then you are going to fail as an SEO. EVERY SEO needs to have at least a fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web-based technologies to be even moderately effective.
