There's not one single solitary post on here about that, it's all about PageRank (*yaaaaawwwnnn*), AdSense (there's a forum for that too), and other Google related stuff that has a place elsewhere on DP. Can't people read the forum description: DP is really going to (*&(*&& if you don't mind my saying so. Weren't there some mods round here once upon a time?
Actually Doubleclick is the banner display network that they bought. Also different from the google affiliate network lol
