"This Credit Card Is Disabled " | Alertpay problem

    Hello! I try to add to my user in alertpay a credit card, this credit card is new (the old 1 has expired this month, the number in the same. I try to use the old 1 sometimes in alertpay but I remove him). when I add the card, alertpay write this:
    What can I do? I send to them a email, but their support isn't working (no 1 of my email get response).

    I don't like alertpay , they already have probleme like this , and I think they have some mistakes in their systeme .

    They are OFF during weekend,that why you doesn't received reply from them
