This can't be legal...

    Check out the use of AdSense on this guy's directory and tell me if this is against the TOS or not. Here is a link to one category but choose any category and you get the same:

    http://www.network-room.com/links/cat/Directories.html

    If it against the TOS it is shady to say the least tricking users into thinking that they are clikcing on the actual directory listings. Also he clearly has the label "The Latest Directories Links" directly above the AdSense.
