This ass won't refund.

I bought this stupid samsung monitor on ebay and now i returned the item back to him and he won't give me refund back... Just wondering what can i do now since i canceled the paypal dispute. The ass promised to refund me as soon as he receive the monitor and also i need to cancel the dispute. So now i am kinda screwed...

 

If you paid with a credit card call them and ask for a chargeback. If you paid with PayPal funds... youre screwed.

 

i paid with a WAMU debit card. Can i do that? And how?

 

I am not sure what you can do about debit cards. I know you cant chargeback on them though. Search on google, youre bound to find something.

Buying something on ebay is not like shopping at Walmart. Once you pay, never send anything back.

why do u guys shop on ebay ! i hate shopping online .. unless its some webmasters stuff .. and the seller has got itraders .. i dont shop on ebay !... i wont shop on ebay ! recently i heard someone scamming someone for 5000 $ on ebay !... i m not sure about the news although !

you can get refund easily for those with paypal (if paid through)

and also yes WAMU debit give chargebacks as well as long as its recent activity.

You should never had closed the dispute in the first place.

 

Keep the emails and call paypal on the phone. They should be able to handle it and you will probably have to furnish the emails to them.

I never close the disputes, but it's not over until it's over. Hopefully it goes in your favor.
