This allowed/ email creation

I am needing a mass amount of emails made. Am I allowed to ask people to create me email accounts for money?

Where would that go if allowed?

Nevermind about this. I found somebody to do this for me off of DP but I am still curious if this is allowed.

 

the buying and selling of accounts is not allowed.
do yourself a favor and read the rules and stickies located in the various forums. you'll last longer.

 

Okay thank you. But I have read things but sometimes there are gray areas.
I was buying the creation of email accounts which is why I asked. Not really as in buying specific accounts or anything.
