Third Party Rotating in Their Adsense

Can a third-party affect my Adsense account?

I know Adsense prohibits, unless given permission, to have more than 3 ads per page.

I use other networks and sometimes these networks rotate in their "premium" Adsense accounts to give me a higher fill on their inventory. Sometimes they rotate in another third-party network and that network is using their premium Adsense.

Although I've never heard of this happening, I hope Adsense does not disable serving to a website based on the actions of third party networks (Casale, Fastclick, etc.) rotating in their premium Adsense accounts. I would figure if there was a violation, that party would take the brunt of a violation because it's their account and not my personal account taking the brunt.

Hopefully Policy team members actually check source code on a website. Has anyone had experience with this?

Doesn't matter where the adsense code is coming from, its against Adsense policies and adserving to your site will be disabled if google detects it. It is YOUR responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions! If your site does not comply, then your site will be the one that is affected.

Per an email I just received from Google support. If Google detects something is being abused they will send a warning to the account owner of the tag in question, which is why you are always warned to approve select sites to run your tags and make sure they are compliant and not allow access to every site on the net.

Nope. Its is more common that they do not send a warning. Can you post the email they sent you.
