I have a local site and I am starting to sell advertising on it. Problem is people who want CPC want it done by a third party system (which is understandable). Here are my questions: 1)Who is the most reputable that provides this service? 2)What are the details? Do they bill the client or is it done electronically? 3)What is the average % they take out?
