Third Party Cookies...?

If I have a link on my landing page that you actually click and it goes to a folder with an index.php with a redirect to my clickbank affiliate link, it will be a regular first party cookie and work fine.

Now, if I try to do a frame redirect for my domain, or use an invisible popup on my landing page, its automatically a third party cookie now and anyone that has this disabled will not get the cookie and I wont get the sale.

Why is this and what is the best way to redirect a domain to the vendor while still being able to use PHP tracking and not have third party cookies?

With privacy settings at the default medium level, third party cookies that do not have a compact privacy
policy will be blocked. However, Clickbank does have a compact privacy policy and therefore their cookies
    should not be blocked.
