There's probably a lot of digital expertise here that would like to set up a business, but is restricted by onshore development and operating costs, so you have decided or have thought about working with offshore resources.

How would you create big incentives, and manage an offshore full service digital marketing team, to keep your costs extremely low in a globally, highly competitive e-commerce segment of the market to get to the next level of business. Earning income from a fully functioning website at the next level.

    The tasks are:
    - digital project management / resourcing
-full stack dev / technical lead
    - front end design
    - server administration
    - Google analytics
    - technical SEO [ instructing developers and project manager ]
    - e-commerce advertising management e.g. Google / Bing etc

Imagine your business is worth A$100k now, but with dev/digital setup of about 2600hrs it would be worth A$300k.

Please take into consideration, smart ways to recruit e.g. working out of hours , earning vastly more than they could earn on wages, or in addition to wages.

    Ideas?

The vast majority of the digital marketing folks that you will connect with will have no interest in a Pay for Performance model, no matter how bright and rosy that it sounds. Salespeople are one of the few professionals that will work on that type of arrangement and, even then, they can be hard to find. If you are producing $100K in revenues per year (as your valuation would seem to imply) you should budget funds for the work and then find the best people that you can to do the work. Otherwise, you might spend months searching for "partners" willing to invest their time on your business with just a promise of reward.
