    When I say people must speak fluent English, I mean two things:

    • We can understand them clearly
    • They have decent spelling and grammer and do not type like they are 12 ("omgg this forum is sukz lolz")

    Rimki that's actually a very good idea. I mean, I also noticed a lot of "garbage" talk here, at DP, so, it would be really great, to be a member of such forum, how you described it. I certainly have an interest in joining such forum, and if you think i meet the requirement, I will accept the offer. Although I'm not British, I still have fluent English skills.
