Thinking of selling my sites. How do I work out the value for them??

    I was thinking of selling my blogs and other sites that I have , the problem is I'm not sure how to work out a value for them all. Can anyone help me with this??

    if you have constant earning for last 4 months from a site and site is having Stable SE ranking then you can surly get 8 to 12 months of earning.
    I know potential of your sites and I am in same niche, So I would like to have a look on site you are selling.

    But seriously I think Robert has it about right, from 8-24 depending on age and earnings...

    Surly If site is old enough and have stable ranking with passive income then you can get 24 months earning.

    But I know the niche we are required lot of time and dedication.

    Did you take a look at website marketplaces ? Take a look at Flippa.com and checkout the offers.

    If its a vendor site -> You should get 6 months to 12 months and even more as the traffic is based on affiliates. U r selling a business here.

    If its a affiliate site & PPC -> you should get between 4-8 months as the buyer is required to do more work. Here you are just selling your profitable keyword->landingpage->salespage combination and not your traffic. You can sell this and do it in another site easily.

    If its a affiliate site & BUM -> you should get 6-12 months as there is little to no work for the buyer. Here you selling article->lp->salespage combination as well as your traffic. To achieve the same results it will take more time for as competitor.

    note : you will always get 6x or whatever x the profit not the total sales amount

    Hmmm ok, I have lots of websites that make money for me, some just afew sales and other make sales everyday, so I'll be selling accounts with websites and blogs on it.

    I'll have to check out those sites and get a gauge on how much it would be worth!!

    For god sake you plz keep the sites......and if still u r interested in selling then log on to estibot.com and check ur site's details like SE ranking and VPD etc........You will get a passive income for sure..

    Yeah I think thats what I'll do now, I don't think I can sell some of my stuff anyways coz its on blogger and thats against their TOS!!
