Thinking of selling my site - Feedback/offers welcome

I am thinking of selling my Forum/site.

Some stats are below...

It basically runs itself and has a very active group of moderators/admins/posters. I initially set up the forum back in 2000 for a favour for a friend and it took off from there. It has been on the same server/domain for about 5 years or so.

I changed over from PHPBB to SMF back in April 2006 and lost a lot of posts etc. Site is stable and running SMF.

Not really pushed ads - Currently using Adsense - I just tend to put them up to cover the cost of the server rental and then take them down again a few weeks later.

Renewal date: 14-May-2008

Feedback/offers by PM please. I really want to get a feel for what people are looking to pay for it and whether I need to do more before it is viable to move it on.

The site is currently registered at 123-reg (part of Pipex) and yes the transfer would be free and you wouldn't have to host with me.

The sale would be for the full site, domain name, the rights to the name etc etc.
