(I hope this is the right section to post, as I am not selling yet, but have questions) I have had a sports picks (sporsts betting) site for a few years now and am finding that I don't have the time to do it justice. Before I list it for sale, what would be an approximate price to ask? It is a PR2 2007 stats = 5111 uniques/20715 visits/52724 pages/142000 hits Has Amember installed (not currently used though). Revenue is kind of low ($5-$35/month) as I didn't have the time to really focus on it. I sell links/ads and some adsense. What is the best way to package it for sale? Include photo of stats, list all of above, throw in hosting for a few months or year? I would appreciate any and all tips as this will be my first site that I am selling and don't want to give it a way, but hope for a fair price.
