But here is the catch I dont know much about it. I am looking for a company that will deal with the tech customer service. Is this even possible?

if you are looking for good advice on hosting...your best bet is to go to webhostingtalk.com

also...if you don't know what you are doing, please research it for a LONG time before starting...we have enough horrible hosts out there as it is...don't be one of them...

I research and planned for over a year before starting my host...and it's still difficult at times...just make sure you know what you are getting into ;)

yes that is what I was thinking a resellers account. I certainly do not want to get my own server yet. Maybe once I finish my degree in IT I will go that far

Yes, that is possible to have a company deal with your customer service.

As others said, if your looking for advice you should go to WebHostingTalk.com.

be sure to read there terms of service! Make sure it doesn't say anything about them not managing your resellers for support.

Fahiec.com is willing to help our reseller on setting up their account for FREE like preparing a site for them, installing billing management script, giving support to their clients and so on.

You need a lot of money, time, people and effort to manage a hosting business. And you should have ready to spend a lot of money and time before you start receiving money.

what kind of client support would you be needing? Either send me a message or just post it on here. Maybe we can work something out.

Out of most hostings I am currently using, I suggest you either go for hostparlor.com or knownhost.com
or maybe other out there but those are only 2 I have experience who also sells servers and fast service.

    Both have fast customer service,
so tight case scenerio none offer customer service to your customers, you can simply submit ticket yourself and get answer within 5-10 min or faster! ;)
