Thinking of starting a link building campaign. Have not done this before.

I am happy to learn all about link building and short on time. I am looking to hire someone or a company to assist.

    • What should I look for in a link developer or a link developing company?
    • What questions should I ask them about the links they create?
    • What are the going rates for this kind of work?
    • I am sure you can hire individual or a company that hires developers, which is better?
    • What should I avoid or be watchful of?
    • What is the best way to measure their efforts?

Thanks so much in advance! Looking forward to learning more about link building and starting my first campaign.

You can check out "Link Sales" forum in DP itself. You can ask for your requirements there. I'm sure you will be flooded with tons of PMs. Compare with those quotes and choose the best.

    You can ask below details:
    - Keyword links
    - DoFollow
    - Page's PR

    Watch our for
    - nofollow links
    - PR0 links
    - communications

    Thanks for your reply.

I looked through the link sales forum and it seems that many people are selling blog commenting services. Is this the most common type of link development services?

Are there other types of link builiding services offered?

    Thanks!

why not build your own net of blogs? You can host them free on the many wordpress sites out there, and if you set them up to autoblog, they'll pump backlinks at you without any extra effort on your part, from now till the end of the net.

Be careful, think about a link developer, their main objective is to be able to get many links quickly for anyone, IMO links are tough to get so they could be involved in something that down the road will cause a pentaly in the SE's...just my opinion...

I do not see how a link builder can get endless links for any site at the drop of a hat, since Goolge hates any type of link development seems like asking for trouble...

You can't set an autoblog on free hosting. Wordpress.com don't let you to install the necessary plug in.

Welcome to the wonderful world of linking!
Don't hire one until you have a pretty thorough understanding of what you intend to do to market your site/s!
I too decided to hire people some time back as I didn't have the time or the desire to get into marketing my site/ build links/ ..........
Well today I suggest you learn something about what a good seo company can/will do and what they're doing for your site. Having hired them and now doing it myself I am much more comfortable doing it myself and the time you save now may be very short term. Either way, the best of luck to you!!

    * What questions should I ask them about the links they create?
backlinks from where? blogs, directories, blogrolls, etc. Each have different price.
    * What should I avoid or be watchful of?
instant links. 100backlinks in one day. It is dangerous for your site.
    * What is the best way to measure their efforts?
the quality of links it self.

I hope my two cents help you ;)

You can also try out blog review method.

My strong suggestion is to use socialspark.

Other than that, you can try scratchback for link purchase. Most of the link will stay much longer in this network for $5.

I never bought any because it is nofollow.

Good luck with your link building!
