Thinking about starting a video site, need more info on video embedding issues

I am thinking of starting a blogging site and then embedding YouTube videos in each blog post, is this ok?

I heard somewhere that if the youtube video owner enables the embed option "on" it gives the public a limited license to use to freely and embed anywhere.

 

I haven't heard of such issues and it's actually hard to track how it's embled somewhere.
