The top ten designers that I think are good are going to be blogged about on my Online World blog. if this is for wordpress coders too then you can take my entry ... I recently coded www.sharatjaswal.com both the sidebars and the footer blocks are widgets and it is compatible with IE 6 IE 7 and Firefox.
