Things to look for in a link partner

With my best site even my links page gets good traffic, decent PR, etc. so I don't want to trade with just anybody.

So when you get a link request, what do you look at when you do the 'background check'? :)

    PR of linking page?
    PR of linking site?
    Alexa?
Does the Title of linking page effect it's value to me?
    What do you look at?

    Thanks all!

All I check for anymore is to see if the site is something that might get me banned. It takes too long to check the others. Plus, the site might be PR0 now, but might be PR5 on the next update.

Of course, I check to see if the site is related to my site's theme, too. :)
