I wish if this thread placed to be sticky. If you like then start post with " I Like " If you dislike then start post with " I Dislike " If you like something about google products say it with open words. If you dislike or disagree with some policies of google products. Then before you type make its sure this is not going to be a hate speech. And write with such touchy words that if a Google inside person come to visit this thread he note down your dislike statment for a fix or change in policy. Or say All the Good about Google. Thanks.
I DISlike Google for always giving airs as to being a noble arbiter for regulating the web to provide "a good user experience" for site visitors, when the truth is it is a business, with pluses or minuses like any other business, that has made the health of a LOT of other online businesses dependent on their algorithms. There seems to clearly be a bias towards pushing big institutional sites up, and smaller sites down in SERPs. Why does every single major update of their lead to the dropping of small businesses off of the top of the rankings? Shouldn't some of those changes have resulted in small site being bumped up, instead of down? If their intent was to demote 'bad content' from high rankings, how come poorly written content on big corporate sites is not affected by Google's Panda changes, dances, etc? That sort of thing.
I like Google's aim to clean out the search result and get rid off those crappy sites and black hat/short cut, saddening is that their algorithm is not yet perfect, sometimes even sites who deserve rankings even get hit..
I like Google because it is the most reliable and best search engine of the world.I also use gmail which is the best tool of Google.
I Like Google. Searching is been called as Googling for its popularity. Even a lay man can use google and its products with comfort.
Google is the best tool in the world to get traffic. All its products are ideal. If you know how to work with Google, you can earn $ $ $
i like google for its way of changing and improving its product, services and how they work...its like a good challenge that we either cope up or make us fall XD
I like Google because they provide all their services under one account - Gmail, RSS reader, Adsense, Adwords, Docs and more. I dislike Google because they don't provide NEFT transfer from Adsense to Bank accounts in India. PayPal already provides such service, why not Google? I dislike Google because they aren't launching Google Drive - just like Dropbox, Windows Live SkyDrive and Amazon Cloud Drive.
I like Google as it is doing great job by refining results and helping people to get information all the time. Today, it is a Number one well-designed and most reliable search engine. Moreover, other than being a search machine it offers many other products, services and tools which are equally useful and interesting.
I like that they are the most popular search engine and always give clear results. I like that they are different to other SEs in that they do not overrun their search results and homepage with loads of other crap that you don't need. If you need results, that's all you need, you don't need everything but that in your face, do you? I dislike that they feel the need to brand everything as their own and are trying to make everything Google-ish. I have no problem with them owning other sites such as YouTube and Blogspot, but they needn't try to make them their own, these sites were perfect, if not better, before they were bought out.
I dislike google for changing their algorithm so that most of the time what I put in that search box doesn't even even come up in the results. If I'm searching for "inkscape" I expect all the results to include the word "inkscape" for example, not "photoshop". I regularly need to "quote" what I'm searching for and look as far as page 2 or even 3 to start finding relevant results. This has only been happening in the last 18 months or so and is getting progressively worse. If I want to search for a particular function name on google I really am searching for that particular function name, not some vaguely similar spelling more popular one that has absolutely nothing to do with what I want. I really, really dislike how the dumbed down masses who don't know what they're looking for get google second guessing them but when you really do know what you want to find google decides it knows better than you and just gives you something slightly related - but more frequently searched.
I really don't have no issue with Google but they could really work on making the filters in Gmail work. None of the filters that I have in my Gmail account work, and I don't understand what is really the use. I have to manually send the related emails to the related folders. Oh and Google+ just doesn't have what it takes to steal the throne.
