I plan on creating a youtube type of site where I`ll have users the ability to upload videos, I plan on having Host Gator as my host and plan on using Joomla as my CMS, what other things/programs will I need to handle the magnitude of this type of site?
on a shared account ? You would be better with a dedicated server, optimised for this type of hosting.
