    Hi,
    I received the following message at google webmasters for one of my web directories.

    I don't understand why google sends out such a warning to a web directory?
    Can someone here help me understand, what i should do before i submit a reconsideration request.?

    since your web directory doesnt have much content, it would have been picked by Panda and hence got a manual spam warning. I recommend adding unique content on category pages. in your reconsideration request, include all the changes you have made to get rid of thin content & hopefully Google would approve it.

    Hello there,

    @james0360 told right to you,

    you have to put new unique content, keywords, description,meta tag,title etc..
    then google approve it

    I think your web directory might have empty pages adding little or no new unique value to users because of which you have received this mail.
