But from a business prospective, as 4FYB2R had pointed out, it wouldn't make sense for them to ban you for a couple of clicks on your own ads. However, if those are the only clicks you receive and you aren't doing any other traffic, that wouldn't look right. At least not in my opinion.

I think 4F hit the head on the nail dead on when he said "if the reason behind this was invalid clicks, there must have been a huge number of them." Well, perhaps not a huge number... but a risk versus reward type of measurement whereby it was deemed that there would be too much of an adverse effect on the adwords advertisers than would be worth it to keep the publisher.
