    Always submit ur support ticket by using ur adsense id so u will get reply soon.

    WHat ur payment history page is saying? is there any link saying ur pin has been sent. (if ur reply is yes then its ur post office prob) and if ans is negative then something wrong with adsense support team. Ask them to resend pin and if u will not receive again then u can request pin via DHL after paying 10$ fee. Via dhl u will receive pin surely.
