TheTopDirectory.com - Lots of extras built in.

Im selling my directory TheTopDirectory.com as im in need of money for a new project although I was looking to keep it until the PR update as I did lots of manual directory submission which is starting to show.

You can that the site is getting indexed around 10-20 new pages a day along with the backlinks building up as they are accepted into directories. Ive spent around 5 hours submitting it to directories. I also spet some $$ on payed directories all of which are perminent.

I payed the the $25 for the latest version and $10 for access to the supporters forum which is all included. Also included is membership from http://www.monster-submit.com/phpld/ worth $15 and http://www.linkforever.net/pld_mods.php worth $10.
Altogether I have spent a good amount of time and money setting this site up.

As for traffic im not sure as I switched server, but I was getting around 100 uniques a day. It hasnt made much money as its new and has no PR as of yet, it has made around $10 in the past week as I done an offer on the featured links.
