I am selling my technology/computing blog: www.thetechnicaltimes.com. If you are the winner of this auction, you will receive:

I started the blog in January, so it has been going for 3 months now and have earnt £60 from AdSense alone. I haven't been submitting many articles, but the ones which I have are all written completely by me (which makes it unique content, I guess). As it is a news site, a lot of the articles fit well when submitting them to digg and this gets my site indexed very quickly on Google. All the traffic is natural apart from 2 weeks of February where I was testing a free £50 AdWords coupon.

The theme is a modified version of the Mimbo theme, I have altered the theme to my needs, with built-in AdSense support. The theme features on the fly thumbnail resizing, so you don't have to spend time fiddling with lots of different pictures for different positions.

This is the first website i've ever sold, so I'm not really clued up on any more details you may want. If you need, I can PM you proof of AdSense earnings (if a lot of people request it I'll post it here).
