    Design:
    Header put on the right side looks strange. You need a larger header spread right across the 2 columns i think. At the moment looks like 2 narrow websites on the same page.
    Maybe think about joing the 2 columns and removing the space in between.

    Also the page is very graphics intensive. Takes quite a long time to load, not sure if you can reduce the resolution of images, or not.

    Content:
    looks good, alot of useful information.

    SEO:
    seems you have optimized OK on SEO, maybe could add header - <h?> tags.

    Well you have used theme TypoXP Revisited on your Blog which seems to fit out with your Layout .
    Completely taking the benefit of what you have chosen . Depending upon the no of visitors you have you should apply for any advertising Program , if you wish to make money from your Blog . But if you don't want to make money from your Blog you can leave your Blog as it is.
    Ok now as far as your your Posts are considered . you must have noticed that if you have chosen the default wordpress template it makes sure that you have atleast 10 posts on the main page . SO if you don't want to make your site slow and let your Visitors go away from your site then use the tags
    <!--more -->
    so that what is needed is in the post and if anybody want's to read more about it he can easily go to that page.
    This saves considerable amount of loading time of your Blog . Consider this because of the fact that you have lots of Images in your Blog as well.
