Thesis theme question

    Anybody no if I can adjust the excerpt amount? For instance make the first post (sticky) full length and the rest excerpts. I have a plugin that does that, but would like to try and keep the plugins to a minimum.

    Also, is there a way to ad Adsense through the theme?
