    I spent $25 on thesecretdietplans.com.
    According to the reports it has no traffic. The only has 3 impressions and i'm almost positive that was me checking to see if the ad was running.

    Can I transfer $25 to another website?

    You would want to ask the site owner. Since payment goes directly to the site owner, it would be them that could offer you a refund.
