These two consecutive headlines were showing in MSNBC today:

• WP: Bush orders ethics training for staff
• Cheney urges exemption to torture ban for CIA



What is going on here?

Well I guess its all how you look at it - some would laugh at it - others would cry.

 

well you can call it as you want, but i think these are really old-fashioned ways of thinking. Like for in the dark ages or so...
