I have waist of 43 And chest of 46 inches. I want to loose my waist.I want your opinion about exercising products? Have you tried any of them?
Go easy on the booze, eat healthy, and go to the gym 5 days a week. Pick up an athletic hobby and keep it up...
please dont waste money on a "machine". The only reason you would buy one of these is to make yourself feel like youre doing something. Get a skipping rope. - its worth paying out to get a decent one for about a tenner. Skip everyday and weights everyother day. You will become a toned mofo in about 4 weeks. Supplement with cod liver oil and whey protein. Go running 2 times a week and swimming once a week. Please dont buy "home equipment" unless its weights because its gay... This is what i do and im buff! lol
You should appreciate honesty, plus these people are saving you money. All those exercise products are gimmicks for the most part. Eat healthy, be active, join a gym, have fun.
More money by skipping the gym! Walk a few miles a day (not running, that tires me out! LOL). Cut back on meats of all types, eat more fish. Eat lots of veggies and fruits (got to love a huge, well stocked product section). Cut the candy out (or in moderation, gotta have chocolate!).
those machine will help you but quite costly. You can do some exercise without purchasing equiptment such as those. Like walking, push-ups, etc.
Eat healthy or eat nothing at all.(joke) Eat foods high on fiber with less fat to flush out those fats. Don't eat atleast 2 hours before you go to sleep (Metabolism is slower when we are sleeping). Go to a gym or play physical sports like Basketball, boxing or even Sumo wrestling if your really fat.
Don't buy any of those Tell Sell tv like products... miracle machines or aparatus like wonder cures... fuggetaboudit! Do as suggested earlier, by a skipping rope and do that for a 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day. Then buy a soccer ball and find a wall you can kick the ball against to. Whenever the bal is being bounced on the wall you will notice that a lot of times you will need to collect the ball to continue. Don't walk to get the ball... RUN like a dog. A dog runs after the ball everytime (If he ain't lazy ) and collects it again only to bring the ball back so he can run after the ball when you throw it away again. Play some soccer with some friends...team up to start some matches on a small field. And run your lungs out of your chest, you will burn those fat deposits right of You need to tire your body and empty your reserves so your body is obligated to collect energy from the fat reserves you have build up. For this you need extensive exercise and no fooling around, you need to sweat you ass of otherwise you'r not doing anything to lose weight only thinking you are.
I think Shawn really should introduce a scetion where people can discuss weight gain/loss. This is 2nd thread in 2 days.
WALK. If you have a car, don't drive it everywhere... walk and take public transit as often as possible. Ride a bike if you have one. Don't eat after 7pm, cut out the fast food completely. You don't need a gym or any fancy equipment, only a little discipline.
