Okay, I have started some affiliate marketing--im a newb. I got some tips on how to do this, but after reading adwords TOS, im not sure if it is okay. Adwords says they don't allow "Bridge" sites. Sites that are soley for being middlemen to get people to go to the parent site. As long as there is some content, it should be okay, right? here are my sites so far for promoting products, are they alright? lose-weight.08best.com repair-bad-credit.08best.com I am hoping they are okay.
Google's gonna bitch slap you so hard it's not even funny! Google won't ban you but they will make you pay through the nose for clicks, probably like $10.00 per click I suggest you head on over to goggle help center and learn all you can, because to be perfectly honest, you a far from ready to start dabbling in adwords... You'll lose your shorts if you do! Good Luck
If I wanted to sift through Googles entire help center for the answer to one question I wouldn't have posted here. Thanks for the answer though, I am probably going to stop using those landing pages then since they are apparently hazardous. I would like more opinions on the matter first though.
With all due respect... my point was that if you would even come in here to ask if those pages are good enough for google adwords, is an indicator that you haven't aquired enough knowledge as of yet to even consider entering into the adwords game... You will definitely get burned. Nnother Big indicator is the fact that you're trying to promote 2 of the most competitive niches on the internet.... even the best adwords specialists would have a hard time with those niches I could have easily answered your question with a YES because to be perfectly honest, the would be OK, it's just that the ctr will be right through the Feakin' Roof and you would have waisted your time and risked losing money Just trying to save you some of your hard earned cash P.S I could be like Paula and sugar coat my answer, but I'm like Simon.... I tell it like it is!
If you have asked that, you are not ready for Adwords yet. Google on this a little bit and read for example here
I bought the "Beating Adwords" eBook and have read half of it so far. You are definitely right, I am not ready for Adwords, but this ebook is extremely informative
I think you will all appreciate my new approach, lol. I am scrapping those landing pages I had before. Here is my new landing page: dog-training.08best.com It actually has content, and I believe is very keyword oriented.
Yea, Beating Adwords is a great guide, you'll be much more prepared to enter into the adwords game after you've read it.
Site looks nice, still not enough content in my opinion, I believe you will still get slapped with a high CPC, not to mention the fact that you are once again going after a very competitive Niche. The keyword "Dog Training" has 4 pages of adwords... Good luck getting your ad on the 1st page Check out the competition's webpages and you'll notice how much content they have... Several pages of it! Have a Great day!
I am not that Adwords expert but I see you coming close to an acceptable affiliate landing page, I need to advice you here not to include text in images, remember you are dealing with a robot that can not read text in images so try to show it as much as you can of text content. You can add a privacy policy page (even if you are not asking for people contacts) along with contact us page, and lastly practice makes perfect, reading is good but nothing better than trying things out yourself but make sure to limit your daily spending at beginning. Good luck
