these HTML and CSS won't show correctly on iPhone 3G Safari?

It seems that iPhone 3G will not show the scrollbar for the following simple page:

    http://www.0011.com/html/test-iphone.html

so if you are looking at the page using an iPhone, then you are stuck... you can't see headline 17 to 22 approximately.

also, a related observation is, on FF, Chrome, and Safari on PC, there is no padding of 20px at the bottom of "headline 22". On IE 7, it is shown. I wonder if IE 7 is not conforming to the spec? For this case, some users (and I) actually prefer some padding shown.

In FF2 there is padding on the bottom of headline 22. Or, I should say, I see padding.

ah, that's true, i just tried it on FF2 and the padding is shown. On FF3, it is not. So maybe not showing it is more conforming to the spec? (since they corrected it on FF3).

I don't know for sure. I would say it is odd there is padding at the top of the list but its missing from the bottom given the declaration. What happens if you declare padding-bottom specifically?

supposedly padding: 20px will set all four sides.
