But there is good money possible because you can confirm sites that are LEGITIMATE. For example, we posted that AdBrite is a legitimate ad network and does in fact pay out. We including a scan of a real check we recieved to prove this. And every link to AdBrite themselves, was actually an affiliate link, so we made good cash. Assume no traffic. Nice domain and site, domain name only i would say mid $xx, but site with domain increases its value to say mid to low $xxx.
Ya, your best bet to find the right pricing, is for someone who really wants to buy it. Could sell for alot more then Mid xxx depending on buyer, and how dev'd the site/domain is
low-XX only because it contains "the" in the front. people will hardly type in "the" in the url and u will be loosing a lot of visitors because of this typo error
