I believe Samsung is trademarked, so it makes your domain worthless.

But if you find someone who doesn't care about the trademark thing, probably mid $xx

Samsung is a TM - don't play with this, unless you want to get a letter from a lawyer

    my 2 cents...

will samsung actually sue if the site doesn't become that popular? Or will they only take action when the site is profitable?

Does it make a difference if you are overseas as compared to the U.S. if you are using a TM name?

It is trademarked so practically worthless. Maybe $xx to the right buyer?

Find someone who doesn't care and you might get Reg. Fee.

Other than that I would let it expire parked.

I would say reg fee at best especially due to the TM issues. I would stay away from these in the future as they are becoming harder to hold onto and more companies are pursuing tradermarked domain holders. It is really not worth the trouble. Register something original and stay away from trademarks is my advice.

It's no trouble, I just wish I could be giving more positive advice. Just run your next domain through TESS before you register it in future to be on the safe side.
