Yes, there should. AC should be restricted to 100 posts per thread, Mella can only USE CAPS or fruity language once per thread and Minstrel can have a go at the innocent only once every four posts. Eh, Why have I got this rep for using caps? I only use them to emphasize points now. Which is hardly ever. Show me the caps! Fruity language...ah well no comment on that one.
