There is something strange with my account :)

Hi, i just registered here and i was trying to report some posts as adveritising.
Everything's fine till i pushed the "Send report" button, and i see "Live links and signatures are not available to you yet (read the FAQ)."

I mean, i know, i've read the rules. I cant have a sign till i have 10 posts and bla bla.

But why it shows me that when i Report threads?! It shouldnt say something like "Thanks for report blablabla" ?!?
