Another member with different username sent this exact same message to me about 2 weeks ago, so they must be the same person. Probably his 1st ac got suspended for spamming and now he has registered another account to continue his spamming.
The admins may consider the right to PM as a privilege, as in you need to have a certain amount of posts or have been a member for a while to be able to post in the BST section, something like that could help reduce this SPAM, it happens more and more. I know VB is available for that, i've seen it on another forum.
