Is there an easier way to upgrade Joomla 1.54 to 1.55 other than making a copy of the site, copy the files over, etc Is there any kind of auto-updater?
If you are using Cpanel, and install Joomla this way, you can upgrade your site through fantastico, this is the quickest and easiest way. if you have not installed Joomla through fantastico, I have just found a component that may do the trick. I have not tested this myself so am not certain if it works! http://extensions.ejoomla.net/joomla/admin_interface/advanced_tools_for_1.5/joomla/ Try it out and let us know how you go! Cheers
