You really should get a real host as you are just losing revenue with those ads.

    hmm thats a tough one.
They do appear to be contextual so you'd think you wouldn't be allowed.
I would check with google though

If he's already running Adsense ads (I can't tell if those are Adsense or not), then you can't put your ads there as well. The TOS makes it very clear you are only allowed ONE (1) Adsense publisher ID per page.

no, but like i said before....

    who's he?

isn't the requirement that there can't be any other contextual ads in your html code? Well my html doesn't have any ads in it, I could email my html code to google as proof. I don't have any control over what the host decides, on a whim, to throw up on top of my page.

    thanks for all your advice

"he" is your host. And you may not have control of what he puts up (if it's another Adsense ad), but it's your responsibility not to take the risk. If he alternates his ads, and one of those alternates is an Adsense ad, and you have yours on the page as well, that's two individual Adsense ads from two individual publishers, and that's a no-no. If you want to try to find a way around it, do so at your own risk, but don't say we didn't already warn you. ;)
