Selling thePS4Forums.com - Promising Project, Great Traffic

Hi DP'ers,

It is with great regret that I have to list my most promising project for sale. thePS4Forums.com has a custom design which cost $600 and alot of custom content. The site already averages 200-250 unique visitors daily and this is from direct typins and SE traffic. Please note the Vbulletin licenses are not included within this sale.

It should be clear that this project has great potential. The site ranks excellently for major terms on Google, both in the web search and image rankings. The traffic has been consistently increasing week by week, and in the future this could be a great investment for the right buyer.



I unfortunately need to sell the website and all content due to Christmas outgoings and my upcoming tax bill in January 2009. For this reason, I have not set a reserve on the website and and have listed this as a 3 day auction. I am primarily looking to sell the site, but I would consider a 50/50 ownership with the right person if I thought they could bring something to the site. You would still be required to purchase 50%.

I'm not trying to bust your chopps but according to my knowledge i think it is a bit over priced! im in for $150

 

That Custom design did not cost $600, its a $60 design at most.

 

The design was designed and coded from scratch, direct from MinerSkinz for $600. Feel free to confirm this with the highly rated creator. As for the site being overpriced, we are currently one of the leading PS4 websites with fantastic search engine rankings and increasing traffic on a month to month basis.

If you cannot see the potential to this project, thats perfectly fine, just don't bid.
