If i were you I'd develop it as a blog with pirate storries and unfound treasures , maps , articles , treasure hunters for sure will love it! Nice niche but not so good paid and traffic is not huge but i see some potential! Reg fee otherwise or low $xx to end user!! Let me know if you develop it i will visit for sure!
