    I purchased a custom plan yesterday. Today, My site is down.

    I had setup a new forum yesterday.
    Domain registrar: internet.bs
    Host: thepeakhost.net

    When I try to open my site, I get a GateWay Timeout error. But, my site opens with a proxy.

    What is the problem?

    Please help me.

    If you read my previous post, I clearly stated that submit a support ticket from your client area is recommended/suggested. I am not 24/7 online on this forum. Anyway, you already submit a support ticket and we already suggest a way for you to fix the problem. Have you follow the instructions? If your domain is wheaven.com, I have no problem to access your website. It's loading fine for me. Please follow the instructions properly.

    I had submitted a support ticket, they also said that they can access my site. I cannot even access my client area. I am getting a gateway timeout. Same is with my site.

    Have you submit those screen shot when you submit support ticket? You better submit that screen shot from your client area, so they know what to do.

    We already transfer you to our second offshore server and you were still unable to access your website? Odd. You said that your friends can access your website, how come you can't?     Uhmm ... my website on the onshore server has been down for 24hrs, but my website hosted on the offshore server is up. Is there something wrong with the onshore server? Can you please move my other website hosted on the onshore server to offshore server? My website on the onshore server is very important. Don't worry about backup, because I have my own backup. I have PMed you domain name. I can't access my client area, I don't know why, could be my ISP problem.

    Onshore server recent/current downtime because of hard disk failed. Lucky, we have our own backups. We are restoring all the backups. Once it's complete, it will be online soon. Some user able to see their website by using their temp. URL, some may not.
    If you would like us to move your hosting account to the offshore server, please submit a support ticket.

    Just for others information (for my other thread as I am not going to post anything in there anymore):
    If you found your hosting account has been suspended, please contact us immediately, this is because of:
    Fraud - we received 3 unauthorized payments, Overdue invoice or Overage CPU usage.

    We We would like to apologize for the recent downtime. While we are waiting for the onshore server back to normal, we'd like to offer you to create new hosting account on our offshore server for free. If you would like to have new hosting account, please submit a support ticket to our support department. we are still trying recovering all backups from our backups hard disk. The downtime occured due to hard disk failed. This is only for Onshore Server. Offshore Server 1 and 2 is not affected by the downtime.

    Is this resolved?

    Good Question I Know Onshore is Up But nowthe resellers are down the ip is down for me 91.205.174.28 and 91.205.174.29 my link is psplegendz.info when will these be back up i want a refund on this one and i wanna order the one that doesnt go down
