    Interesting table, however there are a lot of factors that a simple table cannot take into consideration, that's why it's an algorithm. ;) However, it is fun tool to use, about as useful as PR prediction tools however.

    Even if it is 100% accurate - it doesn't help in anyway.

    You still need to keep up link building to improve PR.
